  • Because we do not require reservation deposits (unless otherwise stated), all services require a credit card on file to guarantee a reservation including services intended to be paid with a gift card. Please have your credit card ready when booking. All forms are required to be completed before securing an appointment to ensure you understand all terms and policies.

    You will not be billed unless there is a late cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.

    If you agree to receive emails and/or texts from us, we have an automated appointment confirmation that goes out 72 hours before your scheduled appointment to the phone and email on file. You may unsubscribe at any time you'd like but if you do, you must be responsible for remembering your appointment and abiding by our policies when booking.

  • As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation by phone or email of your reservation 72 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Should the need arise to cancel/reschedule reservations, a 48-hour advance written notice before your appointment time is required in order to avoid paying any late cancellation fees. This can be done online either through the Vagaro app or via Facebook messenger, Instagram, email or text.

    Failure to cancel within set time frame will result in a cancellation fee charged to your card on file up to 50% of your total service(s) booked as this short notice prevents us from accommodating other clients during that time slot.


    As a small business, late cancellations and no call/no shows impact us greatly. When you cancel short notice past the allowed cancellation time frame or miss your appointment, we lose a great deal of revenue. Please understand that our policies are not personal and are in place of protection for our livelihood. If you do not want to be held in accordance to these policies, we may not be the service provider for you and ask that you please do not book an appointment with us. Thank you for understanding.

  • Please aim to arrive no earlier than 5-10 minutes before your reservation. If you arrive earlier, we ask that you wait in your vehicle and text us upon arrival. Our main door is locked for safety and requires you to be buzzed in; text 651-760-5397 for entry.

    As we are committed to offering each client the highest possible level of service and a thorough facial experience, please take note that your full hands-on time begins on the dot of your scheduled appointment time. If arriving anytime on or past your appointment time, it will be considered late and we cannot guarantee your full service. If your service gets shortened because of lateness, the full amount of the service will still be charged.

    Should there be an event in which your service provider is running behind on schedule, you'll be notified ahead of time as soon as possible and given an estimated time as when we will be ready to service you. All clients who have arrived sufficiently on time but begin later than their scheduled appointment time due to their service provider being late, WILL RECEIVE THEIR FULL TIME.

    We allow a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. Anything past the 10-minute grace period, you may be subject to a no call/no show fee. If we do not hear from you more than 10 minutes into your scheduled reservation time it will be considered a "NO CALL, NO SHOW" and your card on file may be charged up to 100% of the service scheduled.


    After two 'NO SHOW' appointments, you will be charged up to 100% of the service booked and we will no longer service you.

  • SERVICES
    While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, all service sales are FINAL. NO refunds on cancellation fees, no show fees, and deposits.

    GIFT CARDS
    Whole Beauty & Co E-Gift Certificates should be treated as cash. All sales are final; E-Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason. Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates contain value that may be used to purchase merchandise and services, however they cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or e-gift certificates.Please present your Whole Beauty & Co Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates upon checkout and your sale will be deducted from your card’s balance.


    All remaining balances must remain on your card; no cash value; cannot be redeemed for cash. Whole Beauty & Co is not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorization. Please text 651-760-5397 for assistance with your Whole Beauty & Co E-Gift Certificates.

    RETAIL MERCHANDISE
    All retail merchandise such as spa headbands are final sale.

    PRODUCT RETURN
    To ensure safety and sanitation and to help protect the health of all our clients - we have a strict policy on product returns, please read thoroughly.

    - NO refunds on opened and used retail.
    - You may return UNOPENED skin care products in original packaging within 15 days of purchase accompanied by sales receipt for an exchange of another retail item either of same or greater value.
    - If for any reason an allergic reaction occurs from a product, it MUST be returned within 48 hours of purchase, to receive full credit. Immediate allergic reactions typically occur within minutes to an hour after exposure and can manifest as itching, redness, swelling, or hives. Delayed allergic reactions, on the other hand, may take hours or even days to appear and can present as a rash, blistering, or other skin irritation.

    For drop shipping purchases: Damaged retail will be inspected by Whole Beauty & Co and may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase if it was damaged from shipping or the manufacturer.

  • If the card on file has insufficient funds or is unable to process, we will notify the client via call/text to the designated phone number on file (within 24 hours after scheduled service) regarding their unprocessed payment and if there is an alternative payment method they'd wish to use.

    If no contact has been made with Whole Beauty & Co to update a new payment method within 24 hours of receiving initial call/text, Whole Beauty & Co will continue charging the method of payment until fully processed or if fails to, has the right to refuse service until invoice is paid in full.

  • Minors over the age of 12 and under the age of 18 are permitted to facial services at Whole Beauty & Co.

    Parent or legal guardian must be present in helping complete the initial assessment for the minor, along with consent for the facial session.

    Guidelines:

    • Minors (all clients over the age of 12 or under the age of 18) can only receive facial services with written parental/legal guardian consent.

    • In collaboration with the consenting adult and child, the service provider will assist in establishing goals for the session(s).

    • For clients age 15 and under, the parent/guardian must always be present in the treatment room.

    • Appropriate draping will be used at all times during the massage portion of facial, only areas being massaged are uncovered.

  • If consenting YES to photos as a Whole Beauty & Co client you..

    • understand the images may be used for purposes of medical teaching, training or for marketing purposes (website, print, digital or social media).

    • By consenting to photographs and/or video images you understand you will not be compensated from any party. Although photographs and/or video images will be used without identifying information such as name, you understand it is possible someone may recognize you.

    • You further acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and agree that use of any photographs and/or video images confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is deemed inappropriate by any staff member.

  • - Due to limited space and safety, no more than the client receiving treatment and a guest is allowed. Minors will need to have a parent/guardian present if under the age of 15 or if a client may need a translator/caretaker for assistance, client is solely responsible for arranging any necessary translator or caretaker assistance.
    - To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for their children while they are receiving services. Children must be 12 or older to receive spa services and must be accompanied by an adult at all times until the age of 15. Children under 12, who are not receiving any services may not be in our spa waiting areas or service areas at any time.
    - Pets are NOT permitted within the premises of the building at any time.

  • We reserve the right to change or revise our policies at any time to ensure all policies and processes stay up to date. All clients will be notified of any new changes made and must read and sign the new revised policies that have taken effect.
